To make this refreshing water, slice a half of lemon {be sure to remove the seeds} and a half a cucumber and place in a large pitcher. Add in a handful of fresh mint leaves. Fill the pitcher with water and place in the fridge for at least one hour. I usually make this the night before so it is ready to go for me in the morning. Once the water is finished you can replace it for up to three days before discarding the lemon slices, cucumber and mint leaves.

Mint is also great for digestion and add a touch of natural sweetness to the water without the added sugar.
