I am so excited to finally share this year’s Thanksgiving tablescape! It is our turn to host and we are excited to have family gather round the table for the holiday! As always, I am a neutral loving girl and kept things sweet and simple again this year! I only purchased one thing for this table, everything else was found around the house or are items I already own! This tablescape is something anyone can easily do on their own by using simple garland and heirloom pumpkins! I even used our everyday dishes and silverware! You don’t have to go all out and crazy to create a Thanksgiving tablescape!
I bought eucalyptus and pinecone garland from the Hearth & Hand by Magnolia line at Target. It is actually the nicest eucalyptus garland I have seen, quite full and as realistic as you could get for the price. It is about 6′ long and I simply draped it right down the center of my table.
I then placed my heirloom pumpkins around the garland. I picked ones this year all in neutral tones and they created the perfect neutral centerpiece for our table!
For each individual place setting, I used our everyday white dishes and silverware and placed a striped napkin on top. The placecards {I still need to fill them out} were from the Target Dollar Spot! You can easily mix and match your everyday dishes for a more casual, relaxed setting which I always prefer to do! I think it makes your guests feel more welcome around the table but hey if you want to pull out your wedding china, I say go for it!
I hope this helps you in some way in creating your own simple and neutral Thanksgiving table! Happy Thanksgiving, sweet friends!
