Recently I swapped out our linen bench and framed quote sign for a console table. I love the change it made to the space and I was able to style the table with a lamp and decor pieces. It was an easy switch that made a big impact.
I had my eye on this console table from the Studio McGee for Target line for quite some time. I always seemed to be in and out of stock and I was lucky enough to snag one not only while it was back in stock, but when it was on sale. It was the perfect size for our entryway!
I always wanted a lamp in this space as our overhead pendant light is just too bright to leave on all night. I snagged this lamp at Target as well. I love the black contrast and it looks way more than it actually cost. It was the perfect size for the console.
Next, I styled the console by layering a piece of abstract art {another Studio McGee for Target piece}, coffee table books, wood links and a vintage pottery piece my mom gave me. Would you believe this beautiful bowl was sitting on a shelf in the storage closet of her basement?
With a mix of new and found pieces, I was able to recreate a beautifully styled console that warmly welcomed guests to our home!
