There is nothing better than homemade meatballs! Some nights, in a jam, I heat up some frozen ones from the store but if I have 30 minutes I whip out this recipe! It’s easy to put together and they are oh so delish! I even love them without the sauce! Enjoy!
EASY HOMEMADE MEATBALLS
1 pound ground meat
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
chopped parsley, optional
Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix together with hands and then form into balls. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Place into sauce and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
