Happy Valentine’s Day! Whether it be a date night in, a small gathering or dinner party, baked brie is one of my favorite appetizers to serve. It’s a crowd pleaser and one of the easiest and most simple dishes to put together. You can really add any kind of toppings you would like {honey, walnuts, cranberry relish}.
I love the combination of this one! For our date night in, I served it up with some red wine and crackers and we enjoyed it during our guilty Monday night pleasure, The Bachelor! {Don’t judge!}
BAKED BRIE
1 wedge of brie
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
4 figs, slices
Place brie in baking dish.
Spread apricot preserves across top of brie.
Place sliced figs on top.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, serve and enjoy!
