I have finally finished decorating and am so excited to share our Christmas front porch! With some fresh greenery and a few simple touches, our porch is ready to welcome guests this holiday season!
I picked up some fresh cedar garland at a local garden center and swagged it across our front doors. I love using fresh garland outside and by spritzing it with water every few days, it should last through the holiday season!
To each of our front doors, I added fresh wreaths from our local grocery store. I bought some neutral toned velvet ribbon to hang them with that match our door mats perfectly. I love using neutral colors, even in the winter season. They look so pretty next to all the greenery. I hung on bell off the center of each wreath to complete the look for the holiday season. You can easily transition these wreaths right through winter by removing the bell.
To our white porch planters, I added premade “drop in” planters I found at Home Depot. They were all made and ready to go and very affordable. They just need to be watered twice a week and should last through the season.
I love the simplicity of our porch this year with the few pops of Christmas. By removing the garland and the bells, the porch decor easily transitions right into the winter season. Happy Holidays, all!
